Monthly Billing

We will mail you a statement on the 15th of each month. This statement is a bill for your next month’s service. Your statement lists the services you will receive and the amount due. Payment is always due on the 1st of each month. If you can’t mail your check by the 3rd please include a $10.00 late fee. If we don’t receive payment including the late fee by the 10th we will be forced to suspend service until payment is made. All returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 returned check fee.

What if I don’t get a statement?

If you don’t receive your statement by the 21st please contact us immediately. We will be happy to fax/mail/e-mail you a new statement. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices.

What if I need to cancel an upcoming cleaning?

If you need to skip a future cleaning and can give us at least 24 hours notice we will be happy to credit your next month's bill or fully refund the money for that cleaning.

What if I cancel your service?

You'll never be asked to sign a longterm contract with Clean Paw. You can cancel your service at any time for any reason. If you have paid us money that hasn't been used for cleanings we will refund it in full without penalties or hidden fees.
